  The U.S. Department of Commerce's Trade Compliance Center (TCC) helps to ensure foreign compliance with trade agreements. The TCC has created the "TCC-On-Line" which is an interactive Internet database service. It provides the exporter with a "one-stop shop" to answers on issues of facing market access and agreements-compliance problems. TCC's web site is http://www.mac.doc.gov/tic .   The Trade Information Center (TIC) is an excellent source for export assistance. The TIC operates the toll free number 1-800-USA-TRADE (1-800-872-8723) for information on federal export assistance.
